We offer a 100% no BS Return Policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we will be more than happy to take it back. We will accept new, unworn and unused items in original condition and packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange or store credit. We'll also reimburse the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, or was sent the wrong size etc.) Please see our sizing charts or notes on items in regards to sizing to ensure correct fit.
To initiate a Return or Exchange:
Option 1. Expedited Returns - Log in to your account - Click on My account - Then Click on Completed button under the "Manage Your Account" to the left- Find the item to return or exchange and click Return item(s). This is the quickest and easiest way to make a return or exchange with us. Please leave instruction notes on actions if exchanging.
Option 2. To return or Exchange, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please note that contacting thru this method will take longer.
Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process depending on the method used, once we receive your returned item, upon approval. This time frame includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). In most cases the whole entire process is much quicker than all this.
PLEASE NOTE THAT LINGERIE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL- Other than manufacturer defect or error on our shipping department. Thank you for understanding our need to protect all our customers concerning sanitary practices.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note there may be restrictions to places we can ship to, so please email us at email@example.com with any questions.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full ounce.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items that are shown as "delivered" through tracking information from the shipping provider. Please contact the shipping provider for further detail of delivery status or complications. If you have potential thievery in your neighborhood, it would behoove you to ship somewhere else unless you can be home to accept delivery. Thank you.
